If your systems feel heavier than they should be, or things just don’t quite join up, you’re not alone. Most businesses get to a point where things work — but not as well as they could.
This whole thing can get even more difficult to solve when there's such a lot of great software you can use - you can end up with a real mishmash: software for this 'thing' and this other software for this other 'thing' and after a while there's a lot of good pockets of data and process, but also a lot of overlapping functionality and duplicated data. Maybe that's an issue for your business, or maybe it's something else...only you know where 'issues' are turning into proper time wastage and whether it's time to tackle it.
What we do, and we're in business too - is aim to spot where the issues are growing and dive on them ASAP - to save time wastage before it starts getting in the way of what we need to do to grow the business.
Also, to tackle the biggest theme in tech these days....at IT73 we don't spend our time shouting about how AI will 'revolutionise' everything; here we believe it's a very valuable technique (among others) that can be used to do things that would have been very difficult before. We know how to use it properly, to save time and money, while avoiding the pitfalls (and there certainly are some!)
You clicked through on the advert and that tells us something about where you're at with your tech.
But, you know, just because you took a look, that doesn't mean you want to do something now.
So - what do we do now? Well, since you don't know us (more than what you've read here) and we don't know you...there's a bit of a limit unless you connect :)
Perhaps I introduce myself — my name is Chris McCann. I’m based in the Vale of Glamorgan, about 30 minutes from Cardiff. I’ve worked as a Chief Technology Officer for a major institute, and I now spend most of my time helping businesses untangle the kind of issues you’ve just read about.
